What is included in DryCleanFlow Business?
One complete package connects your website, local SEO, reviews, social content, paid-ad management, email/SMS campaigns, retention and VIP programs, SMRT-connected sign-up, customer insights, and executive reporting. Store recording analysis and operational integrations are available within the agreed scope.
Is $1,200 a monthly fee or a one-time setup price?
The complete DryCleanFlow Business package is $1,500 per month before a recurring $300 monthly discount, bringing it to $1,200 per month for ongoing service. Lower-priced packages with a smaller service scope are available for smaller operators. Your proposal confirms your monthly fee and included services.
How are locations and service limits defined?
Before work begins, your proposal defines included brands and locations, campaign frequency, content volume and channels, support hours and response expectations, recording volume and retention, and integration work. Larger operations receive a custom quote. Additional locations or workload are agreed and priced separately.
What costs are separate from the monthly package?
Advertising spend, messaging usage, hardware, and custom development are quoted separately where applicable. Optional front-counter tablets are $100 each as a one-time purchase; compatible existing tablets may also be used.
Does DryCleanFlow work with SMRT?
Yes. DryCleanFlow works alongside SMRT for customer sign-up, customer insights, coupons, promotions, and reporting. We confirm your configuration and included integration work in your proposal.
Is DryCleanFlow right for a single store or a larger business?
Yes. Our complete package is $1,200 per month after the recurring discount. Smaller operators can request a lower-priced package with a smaller service scope. Multiple brands, extensive locations, or additional integration and service needs receive a custom quote.
How does customer intelligence support VIP and inactive-customer follow-up?
We use spending and visit history to identify valuable customers, review declining activity, and prepare targeted follow-up. Your team can use VIP recognition, store call lists, win-back campaigns, and approved coupon assignments. Reporting tracks returning orders and spend, including customers who return without redeeming a coupon.
Which AI capabilities are available, and what is planned?
Customer insights, VIP programs, and executive reporting are available today. Store recording analysis, including transcription and AI-generated summaries, is available within the agreed scope. Expanded AI intelligence—such as predictive insights and suggested customer, route, and service actions—remains on the roadmap and is not promised as a current package deliverable.
How do you handle customer messaging?
Email and SMS campaigns follow customer preferences and consent. Messaging usage is a separate cost where applicable. Our privacy, SMS, and terms policies are linked below.
